Hi, I'm Debbie, aka Mrs I.T. Fix IT.

​

Like many people, the pandemic was the catalyst for me to start my own business.

 

I trained as a biomedical scientist 18 years ago and part of the work included servicing some of the big scientific machines we used in the laboratory and data analysis (did I mention that I really like using Excel?!). So, retraining in IT Repair means I can help individuals and businesses and use those skills I've learned.

I pride myself on providing a personal and professional service and enjoy helping people feel comfortable with their IT - a part of life that we are all having to incorporate these days!

 

When I'm not fixing computers or teaching my clients how to tame their own technology, I am a keen equestrian.

​

So, if you have any issues with your PC, laptop or technology and want to speak to someone who can translate technical jargon into English, give me a call.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • MSc Biomedical science 

  • BSc (hons) Animal science 

  • Comp TIA A+ (continuing course) so further qualifications will be added. 

  • TQUK level 4 award in the internal quality assurance of assessment, processes and practice. 

  • Pitman distinction Sage accounts

  • NVQ L2 and 3 Business Administration
